A: Anyone; PrecisionFlex™ is suitable for fitness beginners to the most advanced athletes. However, not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone; consult with your physician before beginning this, or any other exercise program.

Q: How long will it take for my PrecisionFlex™ to arrive?

A: 10-14 days, any orders we received by 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays will be shipped the same day. You will receive a purchase confirmation via email with your UPS tracking number, to track your order please go to UPS.com.

Q: Which rod is best for me?

A:

  • PrecisionFlex™ Gold Rod (Level 1) - Primarily used for physical therapy or those with limited mobility. Order now!
  • PrecisionFlex™ Blue Rod (Level 2) - Beginners, low impact workout. Order now!
  • PrecisionFlex™ Red Rod (Level 3) - Intermediate used for staying sculpted and toned. Order now!

Q: Will PrecisionFlex™ rods break or snap?

A: No, PrecisionFlex™ rods will not break when used as instructed. However, never use the rods when the rod temperature reaches 30 degrees Fahrenheit or below.

A: Yes, 3 year manufactures warranty.

Q: When will my credit card be credited?

A: Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 -14 business days to receive the returned product. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.

Q: What if I change my mind and would like to cancel my order?

A: If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-866-959-3539 within FOUR hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
